We rely on trusted third-party providers to deliver some parts of our service, such as hosting, data sources, or integrations. We carefully select providers who meet appropriate security and service standards, but we cannot guarantee their performance or availability.

Use and Availability

We aim for 99.9% uptime and schedule maintenance outside working hours when possible. Technical support is available during business hours, with a next-business-day response target.

We may add, change, or retire features from time to time, and will give advance notice where feasible. However, uninterrupted access cannot be guaranteed, and we are not responsible for access issues outside our control (for example, internet outages).

You and your organisation retain rights to your own trademarks and data. If you choose to share feedback, ideas, or suggestions about Gridcog - we may use them at our discretion, but we will not attribute them to your organisation without consent.

Confidentiality

Both you, and Gridcog agree to keep each other’s confidential information secure and to use it only for the purposes of providing or using the service. Confidential information must not be disclosed to third parties unless legally required, or to related companies where allowed by these terms.
